Day 2

Grandma!

Hello everyone, well the big day finally came, we went into the hospital Wednesday night and Josh was born on Thursday afternoon at approximately 3:09PM. He weighed in at a healthy 8lb and 2 oz and looks fantastic. Lindsay is doing really well and pushed like a trooper. No foul language at all although the epidural didn't quite work as planned down one side so there was a bit of discomfort at the end.

We're home now from the Civic Hospital and have to say that all of the nurses and doctors that we met during our stay were fantastic. We have to say a special thanks to Sarah who was our delivery nurse and did a wonderful job of coaching us through it all.

Josh is really looking forward to meeting all his new friends and extended family and hopefully these pictures will tide you over for now until he gets to meet you in person.
